At Campscout, we take your privacy seriously. On this page, we explain which personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it with care. Campscout is currently a personal project, and this website is part of a prototype (MVP).

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. Google Analytics places cookies and collects anonymized information, such as which pages are visited and how visitors interact with the site.

We use this information only to improve the website and to better understand what works and what doesn’t. The data is not used to identify individual visitors.

When you contact us through the website, we collect your name, email address and the message you send. We use this information only to respond to your message.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your name and email address so we can send you updates about Campscout. To manage and send the newsletter, we use Laposta. Laposta processes your name and email address on behalf of Campscout and only for the purpose of sending the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter.

Messages submitted through the contact form are stored on our own server. Newsletter data is stored and managed by Laposta. Personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

We do not use your personal data for any other purposes, and we do not share it with third parties, except where necessary to provide our services. This includes sending the newsletter via Laposta and analyzing website usage through Google Analytics.
